TekSol will be CareData Trak’s primary channel partner and key integrator for the distribution and implementation of their Healthcare web-based software platform and Kiosk system.

CareData Trak is a clinical decision support software company, which develops self-administered web-based diagnostic screening tools dedicated to improving the quality of healthcare for patients. This innovative screening technique reduces the overall costs to both patients and providers.

Dexter Klock, D.Sc.,P.E., CEO and Owner of CareData Trak founded the company in 2006. It originated from a research study performed in 2004 through 2006 designed to automate patient tests and screenings for common geriatric syndromes in seniors. This research led to the implementation of these automated tools within multiple physician facilities and assisted living communities, replacing the antiquated paper mechanisms. By using computer-based interviewing on kiosks or tablet computers, syndromes can be identified which were not previously known by an individual or their healthcare professional.
