Kathy Lewis
Kathy Lewis is an innovator, architect and team builder. For over 25 years Kathy
has shown a drive to master new technologies, create innovative solutions and lead
extraordinary teams.
She and Nick Chitre co-founded TekSol, LLC, a technology solutions company, in early
2008. Their passion for technology and drive to provide quality business solutions
to their clients is what makes TekSol the technology company of choice!
Prior to starting TekSol, Kathy held executive leadership and senior management
roles for large to medium sized corporations. She has built and led many business,
software development, technology infrastructure and professional services teams
for technology, telecommunications, advertising, marketing, financial, publishing,
transportation and legal industries.

Nick Chitre
Nick Chitre has over 10 years of experience in information technology, delivering
business solutions and supporting clients within the financial, automotive, healthcare,
government, education and technology industries.
Nick gives TekSol the edge in developing, managing and delivering technology solutions,
on time, on budget, and exceeding client expectations. He has the technical expertise,
but beyond that, Nick has the business experience to bring the right resources to
the project, whether in the US or offshore, and managing them effectively to deliver
quality solutions.
Prior to starting TekSol, Nick was part of a start-up company in Richmond, VA where
he delivered sophisticated eLearning solutions to Owens & Minor, and built an ecommerce
solution for Virginia Correctional Enterprises. He also delivered and managed technology
solution projects for Media General, Dealer Specialties, S&K Menswear, Westwood
Pharmacy, East River Marketing, HOME, and VDOT.
Nick began his career delivering web based marketing research projects for Fortune
500 companies within a fast paced agency environment, and later managed a huge customer
migration project at S.W.I.F.T, Inc.
Nick holds a Masters in Computer Science from Loyola University Chicago.
